KA and Whiting-Turner Construction met with fifteen Warrensville Heights High School sophomores as part of the nationwide Architecture, Construction and Engineering (ACE) Mentor Program. We shared our thoughts on how architects and construction managers interact on projects using Thistledown Racino as a case study. We also shared early design ideas, how the design evolved and photographs / videos of the completed project. The students were fully engaged and benefited greatly from their time spent in KA's new office. Future architects and CM's in making.

KA is pleased to announce as of January 25, 2016, we officially moved into our new home: The Genesis Building, 6000 Lombardo Center #500, Cleveland, OH 44131.
The new office space supports our strategic vision and creates a contemporary setting that achieves our goal of a more collaborative environment throughout the office, by having all the employees working together in one contiguous space.
With the new office space designed by KA, it is equipped with some of the latest technology and work spaces. In addition to the Genesis building providing wonderful views of the surrounding area, KA will have access to the many building amenities, including shared board room, conference center and exercise facility.
Moving to a centralized NE Ohio location, enables us to attract future employees from Akron and Canton, while also providing a convenient location for greater Cleveland’s current and future staff.
KA, founded in 1960, is a nationally recognized architecture firm with an emphasis on providing superb value-added design services to clients in a range of marketplaces, including retail centers, mixed use developments, corporate offices and casinos.
