This interconnected ten-story office tower boasts two five-story wings and is home to Eaton Corporation’s headquarters. The facility includes offices, a conference center, training and wellness facilities, and a customer experience center. The office building is 550,000 square feet with approximately 50,000 square feet of additional structured walkways and terraces. The main entrance is fronted by a porte cochere and features a five-level atrium at the main lobby. A multi level parking garage tucked into the site is also included in construction with tensioned concrete, a precast roof covering, and room for approximately 1,000 vehicles.

The project includes site improvements of roadways, grading, and extension of utility services on the site. The landscape design builds upon the inherent features of the site creating an environment featuring both formal and naturalized landscape areas. The project schedule was on a ‘Fast Track’ process, requiring precise organization and coordination between KA, the client, and consultants. In addition, the project was designed with a major emphasis on sustainability, achieving LEED Gold certification.
