The $112 million, 350,000 square foot outlet shopping center is situated 20 miles southwest of the city of Omaha at the convergence of I-80, Highway 6 and Highway 31, Nebraska Crossing Outlets features more than 70 tenants.

The design evokes a modern interpretation of rural Nebraskan architecture, connecting the outlet center to its context.

A dynamic center courtyard combined with more intimate public spaces create a rich variety of experiences that create a retail destination, inviting visitors to linger, dine and shop. The outlet center is designed to optimize walking distances for shoppers, concentrating the large collection of retailers into a compact environment.
